How To Wear

Waist trimmer belts are made of a special material designed to insulate body heat. Place the belt on before the rest of your clothes. Step into the belt and slide it up your body. It should fit snugly around your waist and lower back. Once it is on, finish getting dressed. Make sure your clothing completely covers the belt, and is not tucked into it. If your clothing is tucked into the belt, it will not work as effectively.

Exercise

Perform your normal workout routine. The warmer your body becomes, the more efficiently your waist trimmer belt will work. When more heat is retained, your stomach will sweat more and give off extra water weight. Wear the belt every time you work out to increase the amount of water weight you lose. If you wear the waist trimmer belt during your daily routine, you may need to wear an extra undershirt.

Washing

Wash your waist trimmer belt after every few uses (if not after every use). With all the sweat it absorbs, it can begin to smell. However, do not wash the belt in your washing machine because it may stretch out the belt or damage the fabric. Instead, hand wash the belt and lay it out flat to dry. Do not use any bleach, as it will stain the product. Do not iron the belt, as it will melt the fabric and weaken the belt.

I was skeptical about this product to be honest. I've learned that when it comes to my body, to change something requires Dedication and Discipline. I had fat stored in my stomach area (even though I'm skinny 6"3 and 200lb). I used this product for 2 weeks.
I did not change my routine and I never made abdominals and had poor cardio performance. I mainly did chest, bicep, back and other main muscles. During every exercise I felt the heat i was generating in my stomach area.I had to readjust the Trimmer 3 to 4 times in a 2 hour period because of the water I was losing.In just 2 weeks my stomach fat was greatly reduced and my waist looks way better. My Body fat is more or less the same 18% +/-1%. I highly recommend it!

I did not buy this belt with huge expectations of loosing inches. Exercise and diet does that. I really wanted it because I have a condition called Fat Not serious, but it has resulted in a herniated belly button and looks terrible if I am exercising. I needed a tight, tough belt to hold everything together.I have had this belt on all day now while working. The first belt I bought was the Bally Slimmer Belt With Zippers. I thought the zippers would make for a tight fitting belt versus the Velcro.The Bally belt fell apart the first day. This is one is strong and sturdy. The Velcro system is fine.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. I am yet to see all of the benefits, but it feels great. I used to suffer from minor lower back pain from doing too much spinning but since using this I am yet to experience any pain.

I run everyday and was looking for items to help target my midsection. I read the other customer reviews and decided to try this, as it got the highest ratings for products of its kind.
The belt is extremely well manufactured. None of the seams or velcro are coming loose, and I've been using it each day for two months. And it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Running, when wearing the belt, my midsection begins to sweat before any other area. The belt absorbs all of the sweat, it doesn't drip or soak through. Also, it dries very quickly and is machine washable. Using the Danskin belt has been great and running without it just feels so ineffective now.

I've recently started trying to eat healthier and give myself a cleanse. I wear this when I exercise at home, and it has helped me lose a bit off my waist. I used to have barely a waist and now there is actually a pronouced difference in size between waist and hips. It also seems to motivate me to contract my abs, which helps with toning. It also raises my body temperature and makes me more tired after a workout, but less burned out because I have more support and seem more solid during workouts.
