I run everyday and was looking for items to help target my midsection. I read the other customer reviews and decided to try this, as it got the highest ratings for products of its kind.
The belt is extremely well manufactured. None of the seams or velcro are coming loose, and I've been using it each day for two months. And it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Running, when wearing the belt, my midsection begins to sweat before any other area. The belt absorbs all of the sweat, it doesn't drip or soak through. Also, it dries very quickly and is machine washable. Using the Danskin belt has been great and running without it just feels so ineffective now.

Crazy, but works

I've recently started trying to eat healthier and give myself a cleanse. I wear this when I exercise at home, and it has helped me lose a bit off my waist. I used to have barely a waist and now there is actually a pronouced difference in size between waist and hips. It also seems to motivate me to contract my abs, which helps with toning. It also raises my body temperature and makes me more tired after a workout, but less burned out because I have more support and seem more solid during workouts.

I am finding that this belt is comfortable and well constructed. I have had no problems in using it, even wearing out to a public group exercise class. I wouldn't mind having an option of an even thicker belt to tackle both stomach and love handles.

All you have to do, is set up this belt and let it workout the muscles. Personally I have used one called the Flex Belt and I can tell you its wonderful. It has different speeds and its really light! I have worn it even to my office at one time.
