I'm really happy with this purchase. the unit works better then I thought it would. I was sore after using it, which I loved, because I try to work out with free weights also, and using this seemed to work part of my arms I was apparently missing.. Buy it! BTW...I'm a 35 y.o. male in good shape

Nice product. Stars would have been higher if it didn't have connection problems. I have to hold the battery and the arm wires together. Small inconvenience, But still annoying. Other than that, I like it.

After only a few uses, its dead and trash bound. Not worth the money. I had high hopes for the product, dealing with the wire defect and now it just beeps.

Great, of course is better to do exercise
I have tried for almost a month, you can clearly feel the power working, but despite that, i dont see a obvius result, i dont know how long you need to see an improvement 


It works 
This ab toner does just that. I have been using it for a few weeks and I can feel my abs starting to tone up. The only down side that I have found so far is that if you brush your stomach up against someting while you are wearing it, you can activate some of the buttons. So far, so good.
