I'm really happy with this purchase. the unit works better then I thought it would. I was sore after using it, which I loved, because I try to work out with free weights also, and using this seemed to work part of my arms I was apparently missing.. Buy it! BTW...I'm a 35 y.o. male in good shape
Nice product. Stars would have been higher if it didn't have connection problems. I have to hold the battery and the arm wires together. Small inconvenience, But still annoying. Other than that, I like it.
After only a few uses, its dead and trash bound. Not worth the money. I had high hopes for the product, dealing with the wire defect and now it just beeps.

I bought the "Sweat" Shirt 3 weeks ago and have been working out 6 days a week with it. I have been able to lose an average of 5-6 pounds of water weight every workout, which averages about 40 minutes a day. So the shirt works great for those who need to cut weight fast. I've also noticed that my actual body weight has been dropping a lot faster now that I'm using the shirt. In the past 3 weeks I have lost about 10 pounds. Granted I work out like a fiend and eat fairly clean. I'm trying to drop the last 20 pounds to get my 2-pack into at least a 4 pack, if not a 6 pack. In short, the shirt works as described, but you still need to put in the effort to change your lifestyle. If anything, the shirt at least makes you look like an athlete.

Let me start By : saying I "blindly" purchased the suit based on reviews from this werbsite. the fit was true to the size chart for my height & weight, & has worked out almost perfectly.the one exception was shoulder movement on the throwing motion. Soo ... i thought I would try the shirt. I e-mailed Dustin seeking advice & he responded that same night. The following is my response to Kutting Weight out of apreciation for both the service & the product. The sweatshirt fits great! True to size - the same fit as the suit. I've doubled up - the suit w/ the sweat shirt over the top on my bike rides. Great for getting the heart rate going! The reason I wanted to try the sweatshirt was to see if it could be worn playing baseball or tennis. The answer is yes! Plenty of room for shoulder movement. Throwing, serving, overheads - all good!
Major league baseball needs to be looking into your products for training camp. What a great way to drop a few pounds more importantly, get loose in a hurry. Tennis - I run about 1.5 miles free swing on most shots. Wearing the sweatshirt helped me get loose & into my matches very quickly. I was completely exhausted after 1.5 hours of play. This is exactly what I was hoping for!

It works! I love it due to the fact that it is hugging my core and under the arms, so this eliminated what I would usually wrap around my abs and hands while I use the machines or the free weights. It not only covers, but it helped burn the unwanted fats that is so difficult for women to work on and helps prevent leaving stretch marks. First of all...GREAT QUALITY!! I strongly recommend referring to the size chart before you place your order. Be aware that you will sweat like you never sweated before!!! So depending on your workout, plan on using extra towels. I work out 5 days a week on the elliptical (40 - 45mins per workout); I wear a long sleeve shirt over so that I don't sweat all over the place. Seeing all the sweat after my first workout motivated me like never before.

I have been using this to suit to do interval runs on my treadmill, for 30 minutes. I have to say that when I take it off, wow! It's very effective in getting a good sweat going. I got the suit a week ago. I was at 156. I'm now at 150.8. Only two more pounds to my competition weight. Mind you, it's also, working out and clean eating, but the suit does its part. It's helpful too, in the event I need to take off a few pounds, the day of weigh in. I won't need to do cardio for a ridiculous amount of time. Many of my teammates have seen the suit, and are considering purchasing one of their own. The cost is reasonable, having to replace the other suit everytime it tears, it's worth the cost. If I had known about the Kutting Weight suit years ago, I could have been at weight in half the time.

I read several comments from some who had difficulty putting these on. I have lost several clothes sizes during the past year and am presently stuck in a 14, tho I anticipate making it to size 12 by the summer.
At first I had trouble zipping these up after I put them on, so I zipped them up first and that did the trick. As a matter of fact, it's a great fit, as this material has a lot of give and stretch.

I have been doing cardio at home and running. I thought this might help me. I ve used it twice now and will continue on. It definitely tucks everything in and tightens up the stomach and back side. the concept of this item was great because it it does work( I have something similar but its worn out.) but i had to return this item because it has little stretch to it and if you have any kind of a butt you will not get the coverage you need for the problem areas on your back, if they had larger sizes to accommodate customers of all sizes I would have given this 5 stars. If you wear anything over a 10/12 you can not even get a thigh in the large/xl. I hope this review is helpful. Oh and this product will work wonders if it is used along with Sweet Sweat.
