I bought the "Sweat" Shirt 3 weeks ago and have been working out 6 days a week with it. I have been able to lose an average of 5-6 pounds of water weight every workout, which averages about 40 minutes a day. So the shirt works great for those who need to cut weight fast. I've also noticed that my actual body weight has been dropping a lot faster now that I'm using the shirt. In the past 3 weeks I have lost about 10 pounds. Granted I work out like a fiend and eat fairly clean. I'm trying to drop the last 20 pounds to get my 2-pack into at least a 4 pack, if not a 6 pack. In short, the shirt works as described, but you still need to put in the effort to change your lifestyle. If anything, the shirt at least makes you look like an athlete.

Let me start By : saying I "blindly" purchased the suit based on reviews from this werbsite. the fit was true to the size chart for my height & weight, & has worked out almost perfectly.the one exception was shoulder movement on the throwing motion. Soo ... i thought I would try the shirt. I e-mailed Dustin seeking advice & he responded that same night. The following is my response to Kutting Weight out of apreciation for both the service & the product. 
The sweatshirt fits great! True to size - the same fit as the suit. 
I've doubled up - the suit w/ the sweat shirt over the top on my bike rides. Great for getting the heart rate going! 
The reason I wanted to try the sweatshirt was to see if it could be worn playing baseball or tennis. The answer is yes! Plenty of room for shoulder movement. Throwing, serving, overheads - all good!

Major league baseball needs to be looking into your products for training camp. What a great way to drop a few pounds  more importantly, get loose in a hurry. 
Tennis - I run about 1.5 miles  free swing on most shots. Wearing the sweatshirt helped me get loose & into my matches very quickly. I was completely exhausted after 1.5 hours of play. This is exactly what I was hoping for!

It works! I love it due to the fact that it is hugging my core and under the arms, so this eliminated what I would usually wrap around my abs and hands while I use the machines or the free weights. It not only covers, but it helped burn the unwanted fats that is so difficult for women to work on and helps prevent leaving stretch marks. First of all...GREAT QUALITY!! I strongly recommend referring to the size chart before you place your order. Be aware that you will sweat like you never sweated before!!! So depending on your workout, plan on using extra towels. I work out 5 days a week on the elliptical (40 - 45mins per workout); I wear a long sleeve shirt over so that I don't sweat all over the place. Seeing all the sweat after my first workout motivated me like never before.

I bought this hoping for a improvement over the bulky and awkward plastic sweatsuit i had already and boy does this do the job. I would be dreading putting on my old suit between the plastic tearing and the hassle of drying it off after a workout but this fits tightly under your clothes and dries off easily. Helps get a great sweat going during your workout and it feels natural enough on you to ignore the fact its even there. Highly recommended

Best Sauna Suit Ever! Ever!!

I got the suit a week ago. I was at 156. I'm now at 150.8. Only two more pounds to my competition weight. Mind you, it's also, working out and clean eating, but the suit does its part. It's helpful too, in the event I need to take off a few pounds, the day of weigh in. I won't need to do cardio for a ridiculous amount of time. Many of my teammates have seen the suit, and are considering purchasing one of their own. The cost is reasonable, having to replace the other suit everytime it tears, it's worth the cost. If I had known about the Kutting Weight suit years ago, I could have been at weight in half the time.

I bought this product because I was having trouble loosing inches around my torso, derrier, and thighs. The very next day I got it, I began using it while running my everyday 45 minutes route, 5 days a week. I saw results in just one week! I was sweeting buckets and it certaily made the difference in the inches I wanted to loose. As a result, I have bought a second one so I can alternate because I am sweating so much that my shorts definitely need more air drying time! I read several comments from some who had difficulty putting these on. I have lost several clothes sizes during the past year and am presently stuck in a 14, tho I anticipate making it to size 12 by the summer.

At first I had trouble zipping these up after I put them on, so I zipped them up first and that did the trick. As a matter of fact, it's a great fit, as this material has a lot of give and stretch.

the concept of this item was great because it it does work( I have something similar but its worn out.) but i had to return this item because it has little stretch to it and if you have any kind of a butt you will not get the coverage you need for the problem areas on your back, if they had larger sizes to accommodate customers of all sizes I would have given this 5 stars. If you wear anything over a 10/12 you can not even get a thigh in the large/xl. I hope this review is helpful. Oh and this product will work wonders if it is used along with Sweet Sweat.

it really works!! of course, one has to get use to that fubky smell! id hand wash it and get the smell off before going to the gym and sweating, causing the smell to seep into your skin and everyone starts smelling it. But other than that it works, so worth it if you can get the smell out!

I was skeptical about this product to be honest. I've learned that when it comes to my body, to change something requires Dedication and Discipline. I had fat stored in my stomach area (even though I'm skinny 6"3 and 200lb). I used this product for 2 weeks.
I did not change my routine and I never made abdominals and had poor cardio performance. I mainly did chest, bicep, back and other main muscles. During every exercise I felt the heat i was generating in my stomach area.I had to readjust the Trimmer 3 to 4 times in a 2 hour period because of the water I was losing.In just 2 weeks my stomach fat was greatly reduced and my waist looks way better. My Body fat is more or less the same 18% +/-1%. I highly recommend it!

I did not buy this belt with huge expectations of loosing inches. Exercise and diet does that. I really wanted it because I have a condition called Fat Not serious, but it has resulted in a herniated belly button and looks terrible if I am exercising. I needed a tight, tough belt to hold everything together.I have had this belt on all day now while working. The first belt I bought was the Bally Slimmer Belt With Zippers. I thought the zippers would make for a tight fitting belt versus the Velcro.The Bally belt fell apart the first day. This is one is strong and sturdy. The Velcro system is fine.
